I became passionate about network marketing about 3 years ago and i have been non stop learning everything i can about this great industry because i just knew deep down that this was going to be the life i wanted to lead so i set my mindset and the desire in my heart drove the persistence i needed to push through all the negativity and learning i had to overcome. Now i can say that i am so glad i did because when you learn the art of network marketing and put the pieces in place it pays more than any job you will get from studying at a university.So what the top sponsors won't tell you is that they are going to only teach you how to be a distributor of there network marketing company, not to be a leader and a leader is what you want to be.Distributor is just another word for salesman or woman, that's all they want you to do is sell the product for there mlm program and only ever be a distributor, that's all good and well you can make money like that but i highly doubt that you will ever hit a 7 figure income just being a distributor.You need to learn how to be a leader, when you are a leader it doesn't matter what mlm home based business your in you can create great success because people don't ever really join a business they join YOU. If you position your self as a leader you will be signing people up left, right and center.To become a leader it takes life experiences, trial and error and a lot of the right training.If you have the right training and have the mindset, passion and BURNING desire inside you to succeed and never give up then you will become a leader it just happens naturally if you learn and practice every day, it becomes second nature and you will be teaching what you have learn't, trialed and found successful in your business to the next person for them to succeed.THAT is when you are a TRUE leader.
