Product Description
For the past twenty-five years, no one has been better at revealing secrets than Oprah Winfrey. On what is arguably the most influential show in television history, she has gotten her guests—often the biggest celebrities in the world—to bare their love lives, explore their painful pasts, admit their transgressions, reveal their pleasures, and explore their demons. In turn, Oprah has repeatedly allowed her audience to share in her own life story, opening up about the sexual abuse in her past and discussing her romantic relationships, her weight problems, her spiritual beliefs, her charitable donations, and her strongly held views on the state of the world.

This is seriously a waste of your time and money – do not bother. There was absolutely no purpose for Kitty Kelley to write this – I’ve seen her interviews and I don’t buy her reasoning. Maybe the proceeds from this book should go directly to a charity…that would be more of an honor to Oprah if she thinks so highly of her.

I too downloaded the free sample of this book. This small sample of Ms. Kelley’s writing was enough 4 me. Oprah has already stood the test of time. Some washed up old lady’s version of her life is a complete waste of money. Why should someone named Kitty make money regurgitating Oprah’s story?

Kitty Kelly once again drags another person through the mud. Oprah is a hero, from her great work in getting middle aged white women to vote for Obama to supporting a deadbeat like Steadman, she has always been classy and a great media personality. Yet here come Kitty(a fitting name for someone so ungrateful and is always bearing her claws) and try to smear an American icon and an important figure in African-American history. Shame on you Kitty Kelly, go back to writing smear books about Republicans like you’re good at. Leave our people alone.

I was trying to be open minded, so I downloaded the 1st chapter (for free) on my Kindle.
What really urked me was that Kitty Kelly was analyzing WHY Oprah did what she did.
She does NOT KNOW!
Save your money.
