I bought yp-p3 at the online market on Sep.2009. Now this is a garbage because of power on/off.
When i running with this YP-P3 The power is off authmatically.
So I shaked this I could hear any innner noise.
PLS. Don’t buy this garbage. The service is more garbage. I asked for repairment but i had to listen to what i have to prove this accident.

Ordered this from Dell when they had a sale and thought I was very lucky, but that was just the beginning of a trip to customer service hell.
Got it in August and two weeks later it start to turn on/off in a loop which from the internet seems to be a common problem. Called customer service and was informed to send it to New Jersy. After having the unit for two weeks, I called them back to find out when the unit will be sent back to me. They want to send me a refurb, which is not acceptable because I only have the unit for two weeks. After two more phone calls and repeated assurances each time that a “new” unit will be send out, I’m still waiting for it two months after they’ve received the unit. So, while it was working wonderfully for the two weeks that I had it, it’s not worth the aggravation if they don’t support their products like Apple. So buyer’s beware. I’m hoping when I finally receive whatever they’re sending me that it’ll work right out of the box and I don’t have to deal with this nightmare again like a scene from Groundhog Day.

Typically, I love Samsung products. Not so with the P3.
Proprietary plug in.
Difficult to create play lists/manage music.
EmoDio is a joke!

I bought this to replace my very old (but still working!) Samsung YP-Z5 and I’m very glad I decided to stick to Samsung. I did a lot of research before I made this purchase, and I think I got an incredible deal ($99) considering that these samsung players are amazing and pretty much last forever.
Some things that have surprised me:
-The FM Radio works much better than I expected (very clear signal, very user-friendly)
-The bluetooth is not useful for me since it eats away the battery life
-Watching videos on this player really is fun
-The emodio website really does not work for me, but I am crediting it with helping me to get some of my album art that wasn’t syncing otherwise

My son did his homework when he chose this MP3. It sounds great. He loves it. I like it much better than my other son’s iPod.
